Reduce your stress and anxiety!

Led by Sadé Ferrier, BIM is offering another mindfulness & stress reduction group this month. You can expect:

  • Quick and easy tips to do at home, work, or even in the car!
  • Individual experience with limited group interaction
  • Essential oils for atmospheric enhancement
  • Techniques such as: sensory focus, thought-stopping, deep breathing
