Led by Sadé Ferrier, BIM is offering another mindfulness & stress reduction group this month. You can expect:
- Quick and easy tips to do at home, work, or even in the car!
- Individual experience with limited group interaction
- Essential oils for atmospheric enhancement
- Techniques such as: sensory focus, thought-stopping, deep breathing
