“Above all else, I believe I can encourage you today.”

As an unapologetic extrovert, my uniquely engaging therapy style creates an environment of emotional safety and warmth. Together we will explore your goals within a context of compassion.

You are worthwhile. And so is your story… all of it.

My therapy invites change through careful consideration of your life patterns, coping strategies, and core beliefs. I commit to being a powerful ally towards healing you individually and/or as a couple. Together we  will activate a new life narrative — one in which your God-given strengths, often revealed through adversity,  will shine.

Radical acceptance means therapy  moves at your pace, not mine. My goal is to continually reflect God’s extravagant love for you as we work together towards a more balanced lifestyle and deeper intimacy in life.

Premarital counseling brings me a special kind of joy. Are you planning a wedding? Let’s build a strong emotional foundation for a lifetime of love.

Are you an individual in need of support? I’m here.

Most often, married couples come to me at the breaking point  in their relationship. They often feel broken beyond repair. Are you stuck? There is hope.

As your Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe in you. I will advocate for you. I will pray for you. This stance as coach and confidant often leads to powerful growth in those I’ve counseled since graduating from Richmont Graduate University in 2010.

Married to my complete and total opposite since 2004 and the mommy of two young children with special needs, I’m no stranger to the effects of stress AND effects unconditional love has on a relationship over the years. Humbly, I seek to practice what I preach within my own household.  It is  tough! But so so worth it.

I’m comfortable talking with you about affairs, painful intercourse, sexual desire  concerns, compulsive sexual behavior, toxic relationship patterns, and any number of other concerns. When tough issues are on the table, I’m ready to pull up  a chair.
